FAQs

What is Nowhere Notes?

Nowhere Notes is a quiet space where anyone can share unspoken thoughts—notes you can’t say out loud. These messages are shared anonymously, then gently illustrated or curated for the Nowhere Wall.

Is my submission anonymous?

Yes. Every note is anonymous by default. You may include a social handle if you wish to be credited, but it’s completely optional.

What happens to my note after I submit it?

Your note will be reviewed and softly formatted to match the tone of the Nowhere Wall. It will be paired with a gentle visual tile that reflects its feeling, then shared as part of the wall. We won’t alter your message’s meaning—only its presentation.

Can I delete or edit a note I’ve already submitted?

If you've provided an email or social handle, feel free to contact us to request changes. Otherwise, we won’t be able to trace the submission back to you.

How often are new notes added?

New notes are added regularly in quiet batches. You can drift deeper into past notes or stay tuned for fresh whispers.

Can I share a note I see on the Nowhere Wall?

Yes, you’re welcome to share any note that resonates with you. Please credit @nowherenotes when sharing.

Will my email or data be shared?

Never. If you choose to leave your email, it will only be used internally for status updates or gentle communication. We respect your privacy.

Can I submit multiple notes?

Yes, you can submit as many thoughts as you wish. Each one is treated with care.

I want to support this project—how can I help?

You can support us by subscribing, shopping our cozy goods, or simply sharing Nowhere Notes with others who might need a quiet corner too.

Where can I read all the notes?

You can explore the Nowhere Wall or drift deeper into the Quiet Archive, where past years of notes are gently kept like pressed flowers.

Note Moderation & Care

Are all submitted notes published?

Not all notes are published. We softly review each submission to ensure it suits the calm and caring tone of the Nowhere Wall.

What kind of notes might not be shared?

Notes that contain harmful language, explicit content, or personal/identifying details may be left unpublished to keep the space safe for everyone.

Will you change my note?

Your words may be softly edited for spacing or clarity. We won’t change the feeling—just the format to help it fit naturally on a single tile.

Will each note be paired with an illustration?

Yes. Each published note will be represented by its own illustrated tile. The design on the front reflects the feeling of the note, and the text appears when the tile is flipped.

Can I see or approve the illustration before it goes live?

To keep things flowing gently, we don’t send previews. But if you’ve left your email or handle and want a note removed later, we’ll honor your request without question.

I submitted a long note—what happens?

Longer notes will still fit. After the image tile is flipped, the text may slide using gentle arrow chevrons to guide the reader through each part. In some cases, we may softly trim or reflow the text for clarity, always with care. The message will still belong to you—just adjusted to fit the experience of a single tile.

Thoughtful Writing & Selection

What is the Nowhere Notes blog about?

The blog is a quiet space for reflections—personal thoughts, musings, and insights drawn from selected anonymous notes submitted to the Nowhere Wall.

How are the blogs written?

Each blog begins with a note that resonated deeply. A reflection is written in response to the feeling behind the note—sometimes as an essay, sometimes a gentle letter back to the unknown writer.

Will my note be used in a blog?

Possibly. Notes that carry a strong emotion or a universal truth are occasionally chosen for gentle reflection. If your note is selected, it will always remain anonymous and be treated with care and respect.

Do you change or reword the original note?

No, the original note stays untouched. If a portion of a note is quoted, it is shared exactly as written (never altered, never more than necessary), but the blog is always a reflection—not a rewrite.

Can I request a blog about my note?

At the moment, blogs are chosen intuitively based on what calls for reflection. But you're welcome to share your thoughts, and may draw inspiration from them in the future.

Are all blogs based on submitted notes?

Not all, but some are. While a few entries may reflect notes shared on the Nowhere Wall, the blog as a whole explores themes of inner growth, self-reflection, and personal development — always in the quiet spirit of Nowhere Notes.

How often do you publish blogs?

Blogs are published softly and slowly. There’s no fixed schedule—just a rhythm guided by inspiration and emotional honesty.
